Desire Based Chaos Magic -returned November 19, 2015 Agentmas

With this ability Billy can conjure or do anything he wants. Desire is the key, if it is not something he wants, or can imagine, he cannot do it. Most often he uses speech as a way to focus his desires, chanting and listening to his words to cast his spells. Such as 'IwanthimtohealIwanthimtohealIwanthimtoheal'. For these spells to work he MUST be able to hear his own voice.

There are other spells he uses more commonly in which he no longer needs to hear himself, these include the ability to fly, project lightning, change clothing or surroundings.

Weaknesses:

For most of his spells Billy must be able to hear himself. If he is rendered unable to hear, or to speak he cannot cast most spells.

If Billy does not believe he CAN cast magic he is mentally unable to preform it. Doctor Doom used this technique once, implying he had taken Billy's powers, when in reality he was unable to do so. The suggestion was enough to make Billy believe it.

If Billy can not conceive of a thing, or does not truly want it, he can not do it. For example, he could not heal the Super Skrull because he was still angry about him killing Teddy's mother, and part of him didn't want to heal him.

Billy is susceptible to mind control, and/or manipulation. He has repeatedly trusted Loki with his training or powers (for short periods of time). Presumably under mind control Billy could be made to do things he would not otherwise want to do.

Teleios specific Billy can not bring people to Teleios, or send people home. He will not do anything that would break the game.

Permissions/Requests Please comment below if you would like to detail your permissions regarding Billy's powers. Generally Billy will use small, casual magic on/for people he is close to. I will always ask for anything large, but if you want me to ask for small things too (Billy magics your character a cup of coffee) let me know and I'll be happy to do so.
