Billy drank in that praise with a half drunk look as that high washed over him, mind all but empty in that moment.

He whined softly as Bucky denied him, and further drew out that moment with that kiss that he couldn't possibly resist despite how badly he wanted to know his reasoning. He was breathless again by the time he was released, which kept him quiet long enough to hear Bucky speak, eyes going dark with lust. He swallowed thickly and nodded with a hungry look.

"...fuck...so bad, Buck. Please-" he babbled, pressing close.
