Nothing existed but Bucky in that moment. And even as Billy's breathing evened out, his limited world view didn't managed to expand much. He was still more or less putty, moving where he was guided with little thought, just drinking in Bucky's touch.

Thankfully he was a little more aware by the time Bucky was carrying him out, delighted by the easy show of strength before he was yelping in surprise, laughing.

He was snuggled into the blankets by the time Bucky returned, half awake, and he smiled sleepily as he shifted closer.

"So good. You sure you want to wait?"
