He'd never really put Teddy or the Alliance at risk, but even just playing at it seems like an experiment they may need to repeat. He's impressed by how Teddy controls his features, keeps that regal look he some how perfected over night.

Billy wet his lips before parting them, taking him into his mouth and bobbing his head slowly. No sudden moves, he wouldn't want to break Teddy's concentration so soon. He could feel the weight of him on his tongue as he moved, missing the feel of those lovely fingers tangled in his hair.
