Yeah, but...I still hurt you. A lot. And not just you...Maybe I wasn' t the one driving, but it was still my body.

[Billy doesn't know, but Hargrove's had a pretty similiar experience, he should know that hurt doesn't leave even when people start treating you close to normal again.]

Funfetti. It's not actually his favourite, there's a whole mushy backstory, but it'd probably mean the most to him. His actual favourite to eat is carrot.

They can't see the blood on his hands like Hargrove can, and he supposes Billy is the same here. The blond relaxes and gives a nod.]}

_{[He drums his fingers a little on the tabletop and underneath it, his foot bounces. Hargrove looks to Billy with a confused look.]}

[Billy smiles, and points his hands well away from Hargrove just to be as small a threat as possible. He murmurs as few words, and with a flash of blue magic a slice of funfetti cake appears on a plate with a plastic fork and he slides it across the table.]

Mostly kids are really into it, but it's sentiment.

<sub>[Hargrove is a little tense as Kaplan works his magic, but not nearly as bad as he would've been back in the spring. It's mostly seen in his shoulders, which visibly relax as the blue magic flashes to leave a slice of cake in its wake.

It does look like something he'd like.
