Bucky had no complaints at all about Billy's lack of dress; he loved how tightly fitted the uniform looked but seeing it slashed to pieces by his knife and barely clinging to its owner made his blood sing. It made him even more aware that he still had most of his clothes on, a very good reason to follow Billy to his feet after that kiss.
